Workforce Development Training

The COVID-19 pandemic taught us numerous lessons. Among those lessons - expect the unexpected and be prepared to shift when necessary. Many individuals lost jobs or became under-employed, and plenty of students had not yet had the opportunity to enter the workforce we once knew. This left a large segment of the population looking to brush up on interview skills, rewrite resumes, and learn to navigate the new norm of virtual interviews.

The Workforce Development Training Program was created to support those seeking employment, In conjunction with the llinois Department of Human Services, we have provided over 250 participants with the skills needed to be successful in the employment journey.
